Full-Time Employee
Crew Lead Foreman
$28 – $32 / hour DOE

Lead a 3-to-4-man framing crew building post-frame structures across Eastern and Central Washington and Northern Idaho. If you run a tight site, read blueprints, and take pride in zero-defect craftsmanship — this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years post-frame / pole building experience
  • 1–2 years running a construction crew
  • Telehandler, forklift, skid steer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license — clean driving record
  • Willing to travel to regional job sites

We have a robust backlog of pre-sold residential, commercial, and agricultural pole buildings ready for immediate start. If you have a skilled 2-to-5-man crew, high standards, and your own equipment — we will keep your schedule full year-round.
