Pole Building Kits

Our kits include everything you need to build your pole building — engineered drawings and plans, all lumber and structural materials, hardware and fasteners, roofing and siding materials, and delivery directly to your property. You get a complete, professionally engineered package so you're not making hardware store runs or guessing what you need.

That's the most honest question we get — and we appreciate it. Pole building kits are manageable for people with some construction experience and a willing crew. If you've done framing, roofing, or similar projects before you'll find the process straightforward with our plans and materials. If you've never picked up a framing nailer, it's worth having an experienced builder or contractor friend involved. We'd rather be upfront about that than have you struggle through a project that's bigger than expected.

We build kits to whatever size you need — there are no rigid standard sizes. You tell us the dimensions that work for your property and intended use and we'll engineer and package the kit accordingly. Whether you need a small storage building or a larger multi-bay structure, we can put together the right kit for your project.

Our kits are available for standard pole buildings — garages, shops, ag storage buildings, and similar structures. We don't offer kits for indoor horse arenas, barndominiums, or aircraft hangars as those require full contractor involvement to build correctly.

Permits are the responsibility of the property owner when purchasing a kit. We provide the engineered drawings and plans which you'll need to submit for your permit, but the permitting process itself is on you. If you'd prefer to have us handle everything including permits and construction, we're happy to give you a full build estimate instead.

Once your kit is ordered and your plans are finalized, delivery typically runs 2–4 weeks to your property. We'll give you a specific timeline when you place your order.

Kit pricing varies based on the size of the building and the materials and features included. A smaller storage building kit will be priced differently than a larger garage or shop kit with premium roofing and siding. We stand behind the quality and completeness of every kit we ship — all materials are to spec and plans are professionally engineered. However since our licensed contractors aren't building your structure we can't extend a workmanship guarantee on the finished build. If you'd like a guaranteed finished product, our full-service build option is the way to go.
